Two young doctors have bought their first house together after choosing their perfect plot at the beautiful ‘Lace Fields’ development here in Ruddington.
First-time buyers James Reekes and Siddhee Pradhan {pictured top) were delighted to be helped every step of the way by award-winning housebuilder William Davis Homes.
Hospital doctor Siddhee and research scientist James say they love the countryside setting of Lace Fields after moving from a flat they rented in Beeston. The couple originally met while studying at the University of Nottingham.
“It’s really exciting to have our first house together” says Siddhee. “There’s plenty of space and a good-sized garden, which we didn’t have before. It’s a blank canvas, so we can decorate it to suit our taste and really make it our own.”
Siddhee and James moved into the three-bedroom Solway in December and were able to choose the flooring, the colour of the kitchen cupboards and the style of the bathroom tiles. “We were really impressed by the options and what was included” adds Siddhee.
